System One, the leader in technical outsourcing and careers, announced today an exclusive partnership with Utility Partners of America (UPA), a Greenville, SC-based firm specializing in utility services and smart meter installations. Under the agreement, System One will provide outsourced staffing and services in support of UPA smart grid deployments.
